MY OPINIONS AND "COVERAGE" OF HISTORICAL EVENTS

Why? Cause I care about history preservation from primary sources, how events were lived by the common people.

2024 US Presidential elections

Man oh man oh mannnnnnnn, this is getting exciting, today was a funny day, we started watching a while ago with some friends, we watched some brainrot and laughed for while, then mysterious girlfriend X and now that everyones gone Im back to watching the election broadcast.

I love living through historical events, I remember most times Ive went through one, I remember the exact moment the Ukraine war started, when Russia bombed Kyiv, and 12 hours later Ukraine retook the airport using buses as a mean of transportation, of course the war is still going.

Tragic? sure, but in the end its history, Historians like me (I call myself a historian but I have no credentials) like living through them even if it affects them directly.

I honestly don't know who to support, with both candidates Mexico gets fucked in one way or another, but with either candidate our current government may be somewhat controlled, weather by direct threats or puppeting of our government.

Either way, currently there isn't really much to say so far, however I can definitely make some comparisions to the recent Mexican elections, an election that will decide the future of the country and maybe the world, and a chance to save democracy in the country, and the American people know this, apparently the most important issue overall that voters said they voted for was The State of Democracy, then the economy, which again, we can draw comparisions to the most recent Mexican elections.

And just like the candidates here in Mexico, I can see why the candidates are popular in the US, Trump talks strongly, a man of the people, a person who is willing to do anything for the people killing people, invading countries, etc. and Harris is the one who exposes him, a fake savior who does not serve the people but only himself.

4:56PM CST, 2 hours and 4 minutes for exit polls and early counting...

Just like the Mexican elections...both candidates are hosting meetings in different areas with their supporters and waiting for the results to be announced, what a special day, days like these don't happen every day, I should probably enjoy this.

Apparently Puerto Ricans are gonna vote for Kamala cause Trump called Puero Rico a garbage island lmaooooo.

5:07PM CST, Exit polls say only 48% think Kamala is favorable

Just like the Mexican elections, apparently this could be the biggest voter turnout in the history of the US.

And also like The Mexican elections, this felt...strange...Kamala's campaign seemed weak, my dad was watching football 2 days ago amd yesterday, there were a lot of Trump ads but almost no Kamala ads...intriguing, and this could also be the country's first woman president.

Trump watch party HQ lmao, wish I had a nagatoro watch party HQ lmao

5:19PM CST, Bruhhhh the same thing than in the Mexican elections is happening, apparently there are some disruptions in the election system so some polls have to stay open for longer, wow

Lmao, FBI saying they expected everything and that they already fixed it...impressive

Poll exit times, apparently at those times we'll start seeing actual vote data

Lmao, I just wondered who taylor swift voted for, and she just told her fans to vote...lmao

Apparently Elon Musk is in a trump rally, lmao

UGHHHHHH some people are calling Kamala Stalin and radical communist and that communism is gonna ruin the country, bitch communism never ruined a country, the people who enforced it did, and it wasnt even socialism or communism, it was an authoritarian regime that was enforced by those people, maybe with a bit of socialism but not socialism in the end, I bet those people don't even now what communism and socialism mean, proven by them calling Kamala a fuckin communist.

блин идиоты, stupid americans

5:42PM CST, 18 mins for the first polls to close...

Link of the news coverage im watching rn btw here

lmao, news just said if trump wins hell become the first person to be president after being convicted of a crime, lost after running for reelection and getting impeached twice

5 MINS!!!!!!

60% of people think the best days of the US are ahead of them lmao

6:02PM CST, Trump is saying that theres gonna be fraud lmaoo

Lmao, 48 percent say trump is favorable and 52 say unfavorable, very close to the previous polls.

Apparently the first official polls just came in, trump has won 2 states, Kamala 1, trump is leading with 23 votes for trump, 3 for Kamala

...However, only 0.3 of all the votes have been counted

Lol Florida apparently has trump 54.6 and Kamala 44.4, I think Florida is pretty obvious.

More poll results

Ah nvm, I think I misunderstood, the polls are just the projected votes not the actual votes, srry

12:13PM CST, Republicans now have control of the senate.

8:26Pm CST, No more updates so far...

8:32PM CST, Kamala won New York, Trump Louisiana

9:24PM CST, Trump is leading by 53 percent nationwide with 47% of the vote counted, it is looking a bit had for Kamala.

9:43PM CST, Kamala is winning some states but damn the maps lool very red, Im sure shell win California though.

Even then though, Trump does have a pretty substancial lead nationwide...

10:20PM CST, Wait just realised, California is being counted rn and theres 30 million people there, so Kamala may get a decent lead there

10:57PM CST, Nvm again, Im sure Trump is going to win, maybe not the popular vote but the overall one Im 98% sure.

Well, at around 1:25AM CST It was announced that Trump had won pennsylvania, basically winning the election, and he did, he won both the popular both, normal vote and senate, white house is still being contested and it may look like the democrats can win there, but its still a 50/50 chance
